Chatbot responses do not supersede official District policies, procedures, records, notices, or communications and do not constitute an official District decision or determination.

Information associated with use of the chatbot may be processed, maintained, or analyzed by the District and its service providers as permitted by law and applicable agreements for purposes such as operating and securing the service, evaluating its performance, improving website resources, and understanding the types of information visitors are seeking.

This Website Privacy Policy does not replace or modify the District's FERPA notices, directory information notices, student records procedures, or other policies and notices governing student information.

Information regarding student records and privacy rights is available through the District's Required Notices and other applicable student services resources.

Public-facing District websites, website forms, and the AI-powered website assistant are not intended to serve as systems for submitting or maintaining confidential student education records unless the District specifically identifies a service for that purpose.
